Good, could be improved
The idea is excellent, installation is easy, and it's convenient. But, it's not very burly and has a 40-50lb total static weight rating. They also include some hardware, including drop in T-nuts, but only one bolt length that is very short and only usable with very thin items. If they could make this more burly, it would be awesome.

Hey Matt, We could definitely beef up the installation, but it would require you to drill many holes into your cab wall. IF that's something enough consumers would be interested in undertaking, then we can definitely look into making a more robust installation of the BAR system. Our goal is to always make a no drill solution if possible, in this case the load rating is 40lbs. The offer always stands, if you aren't happy with the product just let us know and we can get a RMA opened up and a return shipping label emailed over. -Matt Homes Customer Service Manager BuiltRight Industries
Perfect
Works Great- easy assembly and installation
Not enough hardware
Bought over a year ago and finally went this weekend to add the tech plates and pack out system. But I have no t-slot hardware. Nothing worse than stopping mid project for a single piece. Sturdy build and looks nice, but nothing mounted yet. Also no way to buy additional t-slot hardware when you buy this, so if you already had tech plates, might not be worth it.

Highly functional and easy to install
The rail was very easy to install myself, and combined with the traction board mounts holds Maxtrax very securely.
Great idea but...
This is a very well built item that solves an overlooked problem. My only complaint is that you have to uninstall and disassemble if you want to add or reconfigure what's being mounted. I overcame this by mounting L-Track to the bar but this is somewhat redundant. For future iterations, I recommend cutting a pocket inboard of the bracket mounts(similar to the table on a mill). This will allow access to the slots without having to remove the entire assy.

Hey Rick, If you use the drop-in t-nuts we provide then you can easily move them around to reconfigure. Let us know if you need any spares, we can get a set headed your way! -Matt Homes Customer Service Manager BuiltRight Industries
Great cross bar mount to keep gear out of the way and organized.
24 Raptor bulkhead rail
Solid product. Install notes; OEM tie down screws are T-30 not T-40 as shown on F-250 in installation video. Best (maybe only) way to get factory applied spray on liner out of these screws is to “Shave” the top of the screw with a utility knife and then the plug pulls right out .
Perfect fit. Multi-use.
I installed 2 RockyMounts DropTops for easy mountain bike transport. One note- the accessory screws provided by BuiltRight are too short, and those provided by RockyMounts are too long, so if you are going to use the supplied BuiltRight t-nuts to install these, I recommend using 1/2" bolts instead (I think the threading is 1/4-20). I was able to sort this out with BuiltRight support before I ordered the rail- they were very responsive and easy to work with. Great experience. Also digging the multi-use aspect of the bar- I like that I can also use it to carry my traction boards with the BuiltRight mount.
Excellent product, great quality. I installed the product it and attach my maxtrax to it. I have had no issues and it is very sturdy.
The best traction board mounting solution!
Installed the BuiltRight brackets and bar with the Mountech traction board mounts. The kit is 100% bolt on and fits like factory. Once installed the boards are tucked up against the front of the bed and out of the way of cargo.
