Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: New Milford, CT (90min from NYC)
Employment Type: Full-time, In-Person (40hrs/week)
Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for assembling and packaging a variety of BuiltRight Industries products in preparation for shipping. You’ll work together with our engineering team to train on assembly and identify efficient ways to package our products. You’ll work with operations and shipping to assign priorities and keep parts flowing through the warehouse. Like all members of the BuiltRight team, you’ll be expected to chip in wherever help is needed!
Key Responsibilities:
- You will collect and organize parts to prepare for assembly of our products.
- You will assemble and package a variety of BuiltRight products and keep our saleable inventory stocked and ready to ship!
- You will help keep the warehouse spaces tidy, accessible, and safe.
- You may help pick, pack, and ship for dealer and customer orders.
Qualifications:
- You graduated high school or have a certificate equivalent to a high school degree.
- You can lift up to 50 lbs. and are able to operate warehouse equipment (we will train)
- You are willing to work a flexible schedule that may include some overtime during our busy seasons.
- You will be moving often but can stand for periods of time while building parts.

Position: Executive Assistant & Administrative Coordinator
Location: New Milford, CT (90min from NYC)
Employment Type: Part-time, In-Person (10 – 15 hrs/week)
Role Overview:
BuiltRight Industries is seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Executive Assistant & Administrative Coordinator to support our founder and help keep the business running smoothly. This person will handle a mix of executive support, administrative tasks, and light financial coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Triage email inbox and handle routine correspondence
- Sort and manage physical mail and flag time-sensitive items
Administrative Tasks
- Track and pay company bills
- Coordinate company insurance (renewals, claims, COIs)
- Support administration of company 401(k) plan
Financial Coordination
- Assist with bookkeeping (data entry, categorization, reconciliation)
- Support payroll preparation and timesheet review
Roll Up Your Sleeves
You’ll be a force multiplier for the founder. This role is hands-on and high-trust. Be ready to take initiative, figure things out, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an executive assistant or administrative role
- Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Gusto, and online bill pay platforms
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
