Warehouse Associate: Assembly / Shipping & Receiving

Pick, build, pack, ship, count. If it leaves this building, it went through your hands, and the customer's opinion of us starts with the box you closed.

What you'd do all day
  • Pick parts for assembly
  • Assemble product to work instructions and BOMs
  • Box product and run pick, pack, and ship across every sales channel
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify against packing slips and POs
  • Run cycle counts and keep inventory locations accurate
  • Read and complete work orders accurately
  • Spot process gaps and bring them to your lead
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized

Day-to-day direction comes from the Production Lead and the Shipping & Receiving Lead.

What the job asks of your body
  • Standing, walking, and repetitive fine-motor work across an 8+ hour shift
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly; team lift for heavier items
  • Operating a pallet jack and/or forklift
  • Warehouse environment with variable noise and temperature
Where it goes from here
  • Cross-train across assembly and shipping/receiving, and pursue forklift certification
  • Possible split assignment with Fabrication, depending on business need and what you're good at
  • Lead track for people who show real ownership

What you'd do all day
  • Operate the laser cutter and press brake under supervision
  • Deburr, sand, drill, and finish cut parts using an orbital sander, drill press, hand drill, and saw
  • Check material, gauge, and finished dimensions against spec before parts move downstream
  • Stage finished parts for powder coat or assembly
  • Spot process gaps and bring them to your lead
  • Keep the fab area and shared tools clean and organized

Day-to-day technical and machine-safety guidance comes from the engineering team.

What the job asks of your body
  • Standing, walking, and repetitive motion with sustained focus across an 8+ hour shift while running machinery
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly; team lift for heavier or awkward material
  • Noise, metal dust, and active machine operation. PPE provided
Where it goes from here
  • Learn to weld and move toward running machines independently as your skill and consistency build
  • Possible split assignment with Assembly / Shipping & Receiving, depending on business need and what you're good at
  • Lead track for people who show real ownership

QSEHRA: $300/month individual, $600/month family.

Questions people actually ask

Before you hit apply

Do I need manufacturing experience?

No. Both roles are trainable and you'll learn machine operation under supervision. What we can't train is standards, attention, and showing up. Bring those and we'll teach you the rest.

What does the hiring process look like?

You email us a resume. If it looks like a fit, we'll set up a short phone conversation, then bring you in to walk the floor and meet the people you'd actually work with. We keep it quick. You shouldn't be waiting weeks to hear back.

How fast will I hear from you?

We aim to reply to every applicant. If you haven't heard from us in a week, reply to your own email and bump it. That's not annoying, that's initiative.

Is a cover letter required?

No. If you'd rather skip it, just write a few lines in the email about why this job and when you could start. That's genuinely all we need.

Do I need my own tools or PPE?

No. PPE is provided. Following safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements is expected of everyone here, no exceptions.

How physical is the work, really?

You're on your feet the whole shift and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, with team lifts for anything heavier or awkward. It's steady physical work, not brutal, but it's not a desk.

Can I do both roles?

Sometimes, yes. Depending on how we staff up and where your aptitude lands, either role can be structured as a split: part time in Fabrication, part time in Assembly / Shipping & Receiving. Say so in your email if that interests you.

Is there a path to a lead role?

Yes. Whether Fabrication and Assembly / Shipping & Receiving end up sharing one lead track or running as two separate ones gets finalized as we staff these positions. Either way, ownership and consistency are what move you up.

Is any of this remote or hybrid?

No. Both roles are fully on site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
