The BuiltRight Rear Seat Release is a terrific product. I don't understand why the manufacturer doesn't have this installed from the factory. I did have a little trouble getting to the latch in the beginning. I then pulled off the headrest, and it was a breeze to get to the latch. After a painless install, replaced the headrest, and all is well. Glad I found this product. If they would have had 10 stars, I would give them all 10.
Great and very easy to install
Built Right and Fits Right.
Release kit was easy to install and works perfectly. Thanks for this product!
Great Little Product
Easy to easy other than the clip slipping off the hook during install. Wish the pull strig and holder were a little longer as it tends to slip back behind the seat.

Hey Jason, Yes, the space left between the polymer end tab that interfaces with the seat latch and the brackets that keep it in place is a balance. Just right enough to keep it from falling off and not too tights as to impede the latch's action and make latch engagement more difficult. In regards to the strap length, we've had more folks express wanting to keep it hidden as to not draw extra attention to that storage space. Good feedback, appreciate it! -Matt Homes Customer Service Manager BuiltRight Industries
So easy to follow
Super easy to follow the instructions. Had to cut a little of the felt back liner as it was making it too hard to get the tab hook into and under the slot. But nothing a bit of gentle encouragement didnt solve (Hammer tap)
Works great
My order was placed and it shipped immediately. So right off the bat good vibes. My rear seat latch was easy to install and works great. Only difficult thing was unlatching the factory one so I can install this upgrade. And made in the USA what’s not to like.
Great product & Great addition to my truck
Super high quality and works exactly as advertised. I don’t understand why Ford doesn’t include this as standard equipment.
Great addition to an F150
This works great. I would recommend this to anyone with a new Ford F-150. This is something that should have been part of the manufacturing process. This company has done something that Ford could not
It's ok but it's not as tight as you say it is supposed to be

Hey Neil, Can we get a little more insight into the issue? Which portion of the kit is not "as tight"? If there is an issue with your kit, we'll gladly send a replacement or parts as needed. -Matt Homes Customer Service Manager BuiltRight Industries
Nothing, it works as designed!
