CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a Customer Experience and Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be the frontline support for our customers, offering help and guidance on everything from order updates to product inquiries. Your role will be pivotal in managing orders, processing returns, and engaging with our community across various digital platforms. You'll also play a key role in our marketing efforts, from social media management to event planning. This role is perfect for someone who is a natural at customer service, has a knack for technology, and loves the creative side of marketing. For the right candidate, this opportunity may be remote remote with minimal travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide white-glove customer support through email, phone, live chat, and social media, addressing order updates, product questions, and shipping information.
- Manage and organize orders, including tagging, adjustments, and tracking.
- Handle returns processing, including customer communication, issuing shipping labels, processing refunds, and verifying returned items.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter) and enthusiast forums.
- Create engaging and brand-aware content for social media posting.
- Plan and execute event planning in collaboration with the marketing team for trade shows and enthusiast events.
- Manage relationships with sponsors and influencers, establishing clear expectations and accountability.
MORE ABOUT YOU:
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in order management and event planning.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, and/or digital marketing.
- Interest in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry, and a desire to contribute to a growing company.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGING WIZARD

MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:
In Product Assembly and Packaging, you’ll be responsible for assembling and packaging a variety of BuiltRight Industries products in preparation for shipping. You’ll work together with our engineering team to train on assembly and identify efficient ways to package our products. You’ll work with operations and shipping to assign priorities and keep parts flowing through the warehouse. Like all members of the BuiltRight team, you’ll be expected to chip in wherever help is needed!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will collect and organize parts to prepare for assembly of our products.
- You will assemble and package a variety of BuiltRight products and keep our saleable inventory stocked and ready to ship!
- You will help keep the warehouse spaces tidy, accessible, and safe.
- You may help pick, pack, and ship for dealer and customer orders.
MORE ABOUT YOU:
- You graduated high school or have a certificate equivalent to a high school degree.
- You can lift up to 50 lbs. and are able to operate warehouse equipment (we will train)
- You are willing to work a flexible schedule that may include some overtime during our busy seasons.
- You will be moving often but can stand for periods of time while building parts.
- You take pride in your work. BuiltRight Industries makes high-quality products, and we always want to exceed customer expectations.
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- You like cars, trucks, boats, scooters, motorcycles or ATVs – anything with a motor
- You want to be a part of building something really exciting
Compensation based on experience ranging from $35,000-$40,000 plus benefits, 401(k), 2wks paid time off and 7 paid holidays.
