Installation was straightforward. Very sturdy design. Great to have a place to strap down "stuff". With mine I have easy access to fire extinguisher, flashlight, knife and first aid kit. Like!

Seat Back Tech Plate MOLLE Kit
Easy to install and very well made. If your used to attaching molle items to a canvas mount or back pack you will find attaching them to steal to be a little more of a challenge. Also you have to leave the bottom 3 or 4 inch's of the internal seat exposed. All that being said it still far beats the canvas one I had there before and I would buy this again.
