Just because you have a lot of gear, doesn’t mean you have to have a lot of mess. While standard storage might not cut it, the BuiltRight Industries Bedside Rack System can. Using the same factory mounting points, the rack system installs to keep your gear organized, easily accessible and secure. They work with all MOLLE/PALS accessories in addition to universal slots for all kinds of storage possibilities. Proudly made in USA with a Lifetime Warranty.

Engineering

In the 2011-2016 Super Duty, there are no useable threaded features towards the front of the bed, so installation of this panel requires locating the panel to use as a drill template, drilling four holes and installing the included 1/4-20 rivet nuts. Once installed, the panels provide MOLLE-compatible features for the use of MOLLE/PALS accessories in addition to universal slots for an infinite number of possibilities.

The 1/4-20 size rivet nut hardware required for each panel is included in this kit along with a very basic DIY rivet nut installation tool. For the best installation, it's recommended that you use an actual rivet nut installation tool, available on Amazon at a reasonable cost.

Install

Installation of our 2011-2016 Super Duty Bedside Rack Systems is pretty straight forward, making use of factory rear tiedown location to mount the panel and then using the four center mounting points of the panel as a drill template. You'll then carefully drill these holes and install the rivet nuts. Finally, the panel can then be fully installed using the included hardware. Front panels are installed by locating the panel wherever you prefer and then using it as it's own drill template, much like the rear panels.

Complete installation documentation here.

Note: In many cases, our bedside racks are not compatible with drop-in bedliners. This is because those liners don't normally follow the contours of the bed closely enough. Please contact customer service with specific questions.

Make your Bed

Keep your most important gear organized and out of the way for when life throws you a curveball, whether that's an adventurous 'detour' or an unexpected trip to Costco.

The Original
'BLOCK AND SLOT' Pattern

The term MOLLE has become a bit of a buzzword in recent years and many imitation products have latched onto it, simply cutting square or rectangles into their products. The BuiltRight 'Block and Slot' pattern offers slotted features, designed for use with common 1/4" mounting hardware in addition to correct MIL-SPEC MOLLE/PALS features. Finally, the BuiltRight MOLLE Nuts (sold separately) offer an additional mounting location with a 1/4-20 threaded hole for easy installation.

Quality

Built Right, Right Here

Each Bedside Rack Panel is manufactured using high-grade 1/8" thick steel plate and is CNC cut and formed for perfect fit every time. All panels are finished with a durable texture black powdercoat for a factory look and feel.

INNOVATION
The Design Process

BuiltRight is an engineering company before all else and we're obsessed with great mechanical design. Each product has a story of ideas, innovation and iteration until it's just right.

Your Bedside Rack System started as a 3D scan of multiple truck beds, in order to understand the manufacturing tolerances that Ford, GM, etc hold themselves to. We then use that data along with CAD files provided by our OEM partners to design parts that will fit your truck perfectly.

Finally, we test those parts using finite element analysis on the computer before sending them out to our network of product testers around the world. Real-world testing happens in Baja, on ranches and jobsites across the country and on the icy, salty roads from the Midwest to the Northeast.

Buy with Confidence

Consider this a no-BS, satisfaction guaranteed, no questions asked promise. Here's the thing - you won't need it. On average, we process one warranty claim for every 9,827 products we ship.

American Made

BuiltRight Bedside Rack Systems are proudly made right here in the US using the highest quality domestic materials we can get our hands on. We're proud to support American manufacturing and the folks that make it possible.

Setup Assistance

Looking for advice on how to attach a specific piece of gear to your racks? Needs some help with an installation? We're all 'truck guys' here, so technical support from somebody who uses our products is just a call or email away.

I recommend this product

Good but not perfect

These panels installed easy enough and do exactly what they are supposed to do, however since they aren't mounted to any of the factory bed fasteners it did take significantly longer to get them "just right" compared to the rear panels. Aside from that, it would be swell if they were a bit bigger and more custom fit to the bed like the rear panels are, which provide more mounting options for stuff. All in all, good product.

BuiltRight Industries

Hey Anthony, That's great feedback and we understand completely. This is a very low interst slow movinf part number for us, so the only way we were able to offer it for 2011-2016's was to use the 2017+ Super Duty kit. Doing any custom panels would have made th ekits a non starter due to its lower popularity. Making these stateside, we have to make literally 100's at a time to keep them affordable and profitable. -Matt Homes Customer Service Manager BuiltRight Ind.
