Backorder Status

Our continued growth (yay!) is compounding some of the material supply, production and order fulfillment issues that we've been experiencing recently (boo!) and we wanted to create a place where we can communicate product-specific updates to customers that have been waiting longer than anticipated.

Why can't you just give me a ship date?

Part of the challenge with some of our production delays is that we rely on local manufacturing partners to help us with parts of the process. We do that to provide scalability but primarily because we like to lean on experts. We're experts in product design and engineering and they're experts in turning raw steel into badass parts the way we ask them to. They've also got millions in equipment that we just can't afford (yet!).

What this means, though, is that we end up at the end of the whip. A raw material supplier notifies our manufacturing partner who notifies us of shortages, delays and so on. We trust them and know that they're giving us the best info that they have on any given day and we pass that along, but that info can change from day to day in this volatile environment.

OK, but when can I expect my order to ship?

Based on the info mentioned above, we've created the list below, which we will keep updated as things evolve. These dates are subject to change, but we want to be as transparent as possible with you.
