Last week we had the opportunity to chat with a few great SEMA Show truck builders who have put our products to use in their projects. Follow along and get to know Colin, Sid, Willie, Todd and their awesome builds!
Colin's Super Duty
Colin (@the_car_dad on Instagram) is a volunteer with Southern Nevada Off-Road Recovery and uses his 2023 Super Duty to help others out of sticky situations and promote safe, secure off-road fun-having. He has this rig outfitted with our Bedside Racks, Quick Fist Riser Mounts and RotopaX MOLLE Mounting Plates, securing extra gas, diesel, water, traction boards, a shovel, Hi-Lift jack and a Viair dual air compressor system on SDHQ's mount. This allows him to keep these essentials hard mounted up and out of the way, leaving his bed ready for action and free of clutter. Sid's Land Cruiser
Sid (@spsignworks on Instagram) is an expert in the Southern California decal and wrap community, and recently finished building his late mother's 1993 Toyota Land Cruiser as a tribute to her. He has this beautiful classic outfitted with our Universal MOLLE Tech Plates, Pouches, Seat Back MOLLE Kits, MOLLE Lock Mount and Quick Fist Riser Mounts. He uses our products to modularly secure his winch essentials, flashlight, Pelican cases, gear pouches, air compressor and much more when needed. This allows him to keep these items mounted securely up and out of the way, keeping his cargo areas tidy and important items right where he left them. Willie's Silverado
Willie (@wls13z71 on Instagram) uses his truck for overland camping and towing a lot, and he's always looking for ways to optimize space and intelligently organize essentials. He is the original owner of this 2013 Silverado and has it outfitted with our Bedside Racks, Original Quick Fist Riser Mounts and Super Clamp Quick Fist Riser Mounts in addition to some other awesome products. He uses our gear to secure a fire extinguisher, axe, first aid kit and more when needed. This allows him to keep his bed free of equipment bouncing around and always have his essentials mounted securely out of the way, but easily accessible. Todd's Bronco
Todd (@jt.tribe on Instagram) is no stranger to building off-road and overland vehicles for SEMA, and his 2024 Bronco was well-equipped for overlanding at the show. He has it outfitted with our Cargo MOLLE, Pouches and Dash Mount PRO Kit with the 6" Mountech Device Holder and a bunch of other gear from some awesome partners in the industry. Our products allow him to keep things stored rigidly in what would normally be wasted space, ensuring his vehicle is ready for action and free of clutter. We had a blast getting to talk with these guys about their projects for the show this year! We understand the hidden complexities of putting together build vehicles, sometimes multiple per show, year-after-year - seeing how getting to the finish line can seemingly envelop you for months. That's why we're honored that these guys all turned to us for the crucial role of organizing essential gear in their rigs (and even cleaning up their antenna situation...)
Seeing vehicles on display that get driven daily is one of the things we love finding at the SEMA Show, and when they're also making the decision to secure their gear using BuiltRight and Mountech, we can't pass up the opportunity to chat and learn more!
