Hard to get seat to latch...
Install was easy and product is well made, but my seat does not latch easily. Maybe I should blame Ford instead of BuiltRight.. After installing and seeing the audio equipment behind my seat, there is little room for storage of anything.

Hey Ben, Be sure you are keeping the catch bar orientation on the cab wall exactly the same when you release the upper seat back. The position changes as you raise and lower the seat bottom and this is critical. If you don't feel you will end up using the rear seat release kit just let us know and we can get a return started. The last thing we want is for you to have a product you aren't satisfied with or have OEM options out of our control that make it less useful in your specific situation. Seat latch
Very easy to install. I tried to make my own and it lasted about a month. The fit and solid product feels like it will outlast my truck. 2017 F250

F-150 rear seat release
Awesome experience with an amazing product that works exactly as advertised, easy installation. Thanks BuiltRight.

As advertised
High quality product and really appreciate the detailed install instructions.

Works great!
It was easy to install and works better than trying to drill a hole in the shaft and put a ring in it attached to a string.

Slick Device
I’m not sure why this isn’t a factory piece. It makes access to behind the seat back so much easier. I don’t have to squish my hands back behind the seat back to get it to fold down. It seems a little pricey, but it is well built and high quality. If I ever buy another F150 and they haven’t improved this part of the truck, I’ll be adding one of these again.

Rear Seat Release Kit - Black | Ford F-Series
The experience was great right from purchase to shipping and ease of installation. The kit works exactly as advertised! Love it!

Should've been done at the Factory
The hardest part was finding the little knob to pull to release the seat. The rest of it very good seems. I have to slam the seat though pretty good to make it stay up. Maybe that's the way it should be.
