The installation instructional video was one of the best instructional videos I have ever seen. It was thorough, straight forward and production quality was really good. The only hiccup was the little flange on the factory latch wouldn't return to place with the BuiltRight plate under it. I had to bend it down a bit to get it to engage. Minor issue, but maybe something to add to video. Also, you can visualize the factory latch if you climb up and look for it behind the seat, rather than trying to find it blind. Overall, it was a great experience and the release works like a charm. There's more room behind the seat than I realized. Highly recommend. Thank you

Hey Bill, When you made your purchase, you could have selected to NOT receive marketing emails, easy to miss when checking out. I personally checked to see that your account is unsubscribed from our marketing emails. I just toggled that off, it may take up to ao week for your email to filter out of and pre-scheduled email campaigns we currently have running.
