The first product we ever engineered, the Builtright Industries Rear seat release was made to make your life easier. It’s a simple solution to accessing the area behind the rear seat backs of your truck. Designed with an OEM-inspired nylon pull strap, releasing the rear seat latch is effortless. The bracket firmly holds the latch pull in place and also guides the strap towards the top of the seat for easy reaching. It works hard so you don’t have to.

Highlights:

  • Laser cut and CNC formed for perfect fit
  • Bracket black zinc coated for corrosion resistance
  • NEW Glass fiber reinforced composite pull tab
  • Nylon strap hand sewn to latch pull
  • Made in USA, Lifetime Warranty, Patented

Will it fit?

Prior to ordering, please feel free to follow the installation guide and lower the seat back to check on the amount of available space in your truck!

Fit right in as directed. Took longer to find my torn bit than to add this device. Fabulous addition! Thanks!

Great customer service and communication! The product exceeded my expectations. It is amazing that Ford didn’t give access to this space behind the rear seat.

Super Easy Install... but

Processing was slow because of how popular it became because of their ads, which is understandable. Once I got this item, the installation was very straightforward and easy to accomplish in less than 10 minutes. The only issue I've had so far is that getting the seat to latch back closed has not been easy. Takes a minute or so of messing with the seat, trying to find the right angle or pressure to get the seat to latch. Not sure if this is common issue or not. Otherwise, I like the quick access to the behind my seat, which should honestly be a Ford issue to correct.
