The Dash Mount was born from the lack of phone mounts that give you the ability to position your device where you want. 'RAM' brand ball and socket mounts are an excellent addition to the Dash Mount and although we don't yet have them in stock, they are readily available on Amazon (see below). The slots used in the design are sized to accommodate AMPS standard attachments.

Installation is very straight forward. The laser cut and CNC formed bracket attaches to the tray located above the dash using four machine screws, included in the hardware kit. The two .25" holes used must be drilled by the user in the OEM tray. Should you choose to return to stock, the OEM rubber mat inside the tray conceals the holes. The two OEM mounting points towards the front of the vehicle are used for rigid installation.
Installed in my truck in about 10 minutes with little fuss and stronger than the dash parts it's mounted to. This thing will outlive your truck!
I really like the mount, it's great for ram mounts. However, the screws that came with it to replace the existing screws did not fit correctly. The threads are completely different...?
Hey Sean, thanks for the feedback! The two screws towards the windshield screw into a small metal clip. The included screws are a slightly different thread pitch in order to provide a very secure fit that will not loosen with use. They should be tight, but not impossible to install. Give us a ring if you're still having trouble! - Matt
Great build, fits great. Just like your instructions.
Looks great, need to find something to attach to it now!
